I guess I've become the thrift-A-colic in my town. Yesturday I took a tiny group of individuals to my favorite spot.I helped them out how to thrift, and find good deals. And with helping them out, I got a bit of luck and found this lovely beautiful blue blazer.I adored it.And adored it even more when it fit.(and on sale) Even with the outrages shoulder pads.I think they belong in the blazer.Usually I rip them out.But with this item,I think it's better off staying put. Well since feeling freedom.Simple fact,it was Friday and it was payday.I thought to myself, since I've been upgrading my wardrobe.I knew my hair needed a bit of mini extreme make over.So I had my lovely friend,Emily cut bangs for me.At first I thought it would look weird. To my surprise,it turned out lovely.I'm still getting use to it.Also,my hair is still in a bit of shock?I suppose.
When I read the clock. And the bold bright red numbers;11:00am stared back at me,I jumped in disbelief that I woke up late. But with the art of knowing what you're going to wear the night before help me out. When I approached my destination and made it on time,I was extremely pleased. And more pleased with the shower of compliments of my style,my look, and how I presented my self.My ego was over the top. Well,I decided to treat myself to some sale racks at H&M.I was in shock when I came across a gorgeous brown fur coat. But the most amazing part, when the young lady rang up the coat and it came up to the beautiful low price.I was in awwwwww. I've just been having the most extreme luck with finding good stuff.
Today I venture from my hood into an unknown city. And discovered a little thriftstore along Lake St.Clair. I was overwhelmed with the amount of things they had to offer.I couldn't leave. I just linger up and down isles of gorgeous clothing.I couldn't hardly breathe I was just blown away.Maybe cos it was new.Maybe cos I had money,I don't know. But I had to keep reminding my self the real reason I was there. And with the luck of all luck, I stumble upon two classic pieces. And when I paired them together,it was magic. I'm really excited to wear this lovely all black outfit to my second part of my interview. I'll make sure I'll do a post when it's all put together.Offt!I love thrifting!
After searching the Wal Mart magazine shelf for a week,I finally fell upon my love, VOGUE, February issue. I have to say,I really enjoyed it. I really adored the Chanel ad. Love the lace. Just such class. And so simple.
Today there was a HUGE sale at a little thiftstore called,Sunshine. Everything there was 1/2 off. And it was amazing. I only spent half the price I would if I decided to go the a mall and purchase almost the similar things for a lot more. Gosh, do I adore finding that one thing no one else has. Or something similar to retail price for so less. It's just a simple happy high I get. But I am so excited to add every piece to my additional obsession and give them a purpose.
